Germany - Bielefeld to Cologne

This Bergheim Church is called St Pankratius. A small chapel was built on the site around the year 900 but it has been enlarged, repaired following fires and renovated over the centuries. It is always interesting to have a look inside these old churches as often their medieval artwork, statues and altars have been retained.
